Briefing the media about his talks with Wang Gang, vice-chairman of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Modi said he drew attention to reports of presence of Chinese troops in PoK as well as terrorist training camps being run in the region by Pakistan.
Modi, who is on a five-day visit to China, said he also raised the recent row over the maps of India without some parts of Kashmir and Arunachal Pradesh, which were distributed by a state-owned Chinese company at a function in New Delhi.
Earlier in the day, Modi made a strong pitch for Chinese investments, asserting that Gujarat is the “growth engine” of India.
